10. Legal Application and Jurisdiction

10.2  If there is any dispute regarding the content or execution of this agreement, it should be resolved through friendly negotiation as much as possible; When the negotiation fails, all parties to the dispute agree unanimously to submit the dispute to the Tianjin Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its current effective arbitration rules. The place of arbitration shall be Tianjin, and the language of arbitration shall be Chinese. The arbitration award is final and binding on all parties
